About Us

Louviers Technology, L.L.C. is a Network/IT services and consulting company incorporated in Delaware in 2009.  It was founded by Chris Smith, a Network and Telecommunications Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering world-class Network implementation and support services for Fortune 500 organizations.  Mr. Smith has worked for major financial organizations, such as MBNA and Bank of America, as well as for one of the world's largest IT service companies, EDS, an HP Company.  His experience centers on performing Network implementations utilizing Cisco, Nortel, Cabletron/Enterasys, and StrataCom hardware platforms, and then keeping those platforms up and running with an uptime greater than 99.8%.  Chris also has knowledge in the areas of structured cabling, video teleconferencing, and ITIL processes.  He is ITIL Foundations v2 Certified with a unique combination of technical knowledge and people mentoring skills, with a proven ability to facilitate internal and external partnerships.  Providing continuous improvement in production Network and IT environments of various sizes is another hallmark of Chris' expertise.

Mr. Smith moved into the Network and IT services and consulting business after a restructuring that occurred within EDS, an HP Company, which was his last employer.  His Customer support delivery is second to none, as that was the corporate mandate that he embraced while at MBNA - Think of Yourself as the Customer.  He was extremely successful in delivering on that commitment while at MBNA, Bank of America, and EDS, an HP Company.  Now that he is managing his own service company, his commitment to the Customer, you, is second to none!

We are here to turn your Network and IT struggles into solutions.  Let's partner together and see how we can help to improve the efficiency and the ROI for your business.
